Few rules to know:

On time reminder:
Please make sure to arrive on time for class. The warm-up at the beginning is an important part of your training.

Gym hours reminder:
The gym opens 15 minutes before class and closes 15 minutes after. You’re welcome to use this time for light drills or movement but no sparring, as the instructor is not yet on the mat. If you’d like extra time for rolling or drilling, join us at open mat on Sunday.

All levels / Advanced classes:
These sessions are for students looking for a deeper understanding of movement, positions, submissions and challenges posed.

Visitors:
You’re welcome to visit and we ask you to ping us a message beforehand. We welcome visitors from all academies.

Drop in Fee: £10 (Dont worry we dont go on luxury holidays on it - it helps us to pay the rent) Cash / Card. Preference is cash.

Dress code:
No shirtless training sorry folks, this isn’t Baywatch. And spats are like Batman’s tights: cool, but you still need shorts on top.

First-time fashion tips:
Turn up in a black T-shirt and black shorts without zips. No flashy zippers this isn’t a fashion runway.

Arrival rules:
First-timers, please arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you set up and explain the basics.

Open mat (Sunday):
Open mat is a time to practice techniques, drills, and flow rolling. Use it to add new skills into your game and sharpen your movement. It’s about getting better together not smashing each other. Respect your training partners and make it productive for everyone.
